How can I amend or cancel an order?

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to make any changes. If you are requesting any changes on the date of delivery or the date before, we will make every effort although we cannot guarantee this.

For any orders for delivery on Mother’s Day, we will be unable to make amendments or cancel on some items from the 21st March. For this reason, we would advise all of our customers to take the utmost care when placing your order to avoid any disappointment.
