How long does it take for Customer Services to respond to an email?

We aim to answer all emails as quickly as possible. When emailing us please help to us to provide the best possible service by choosing the most appropriate reason for contacting us.

Please ensure all necessary information is included in your correspondence, for example your order ID, photographs if necessary and information that could allow us to locate your order if your order ID is not available (such as your email address and the recipient’s postcode.)

We aim to respond to emails within 24-48 hours, however at peak periods, such as Mother’s Day, this may take longer due to the large volumes of orders so please allow 1-2 working days.

One email will always be sufficient and ensures that we are able to contact our customers in an efficient and timely manner.
