When will my flowers be delivered?

We understand you will be keen to know when the recipient will receive the flowers you've kindly sent them.

For courier delivered items, you will receive tracking information for your order. Postal delivered items have a 1-2 day delivery window from the date requested for delivery.

For items that are hand delivered by a local florist, it is possible that in order to ensure that your flowers are delivered in time for Mother's Day we may deliver your item 1 day early. If this causes you any problems, please email us here selecting the reason for contacting us as "Amend / Cancel Order".

We advise that most of our deliveries take place between 08:00 and 18:00. Every effort will be made to ensure that deliveries to work places and offices are completed during work hours, but please advise us if the recipient is likely to leave earlier so that we can ensure the flowers are received.
